Our Space

The Lounge

Our lounge is a comfortable and safe space for students to study, eat, and meet. There's a computer, plenty of tables and couches, as well as an assortment of childrens' toys.

The Library

We have an extensive library with many books, videos, and periodicals covering important issues related to women and Women's Studies. Materials are available for browsing in the center and for checkout. If you are interested in reserving a material for your class, please speak to one of the friendly front desk volunteers.

The Resource Hub

The WRC has a wide variety of pamphlets addressing various women's issues and local organizations. We also have a community bulletin center, where you can find information and flyers for various educational, social, and career opportunities. If you would like us to share something from your organization, please speak to one of the friendly front desk volunteers.

Event Co-sponsorship Request

The Women's Resource Center can work with you to co-sponsor your events in a number of different ways.  Whether you have and idea for an event that suits our mission, or are well on your way to putting on somethng fabulous and you'd like to get our help, we can work with you.  Simply fill out the Event Co-sponsorship form.

If your organization is interested in reserving the WRC space for an event, please contact our Student Community Liason, Bianca Fornoni or our Faculty and Community Liason, Miranda Williamson. You will also need to submit an Event Proposal and fill out a Space Request Form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
