Programs and Resources
For students, staff, and faculty who have experienced domestic violence or sexual assault. Our Interpersonal Violence Advocate is available to answer questions, give referrals, and help guide students through on/off campus resources. We also offer education on supporting someone who is dealing with interpersonal violence.
This is a program for women returning to school after a break in their education. We provide mentoring, skills building workshops, networking, and socializing opportunities.
Students from any gender or background are welcome to volunteer at the WRC. Scheduled, for-credit office shifts are available every term, and committees for special events and projects are assembled throughout the year.
The Women's Resource Center lounge is a welcoming space where students can study, eat, and gather. THe Women's Resource Center space can also be booked for group meetings and events.
In seeking to empower women, the Women's Resource Center does not work alone. Check out our listing of important resources at Portland State University and in the greater Portland Metro area.
